How To Enable/Disable Hardcore Mode?

  1. Head over to the Game Panel and stop your server.
  2. Navigate to the Files tab and go into your active world’s folder. From here, download the level.dat file.
  1. Once downloaded, delete the level.dat and level.dat_old files from there entirely.
  2. Navigate to the Tools tab and open the NBT Editor from here. Upload your downloaded level.dat file.
  3. Search for the hardcore option and to enable it, change its value from 0 to 1. If you would like to disable it, switch it from 1 to 0.
  1. After that, click on the Save button to save this file. After that, navigate back to the Files tab and into your active world’s folder. Upload the new saved level.dat file here.
  1. Start your server and your server will be on hardcore!
