We're Looking for a Content Creator / Producer Who:
Enjoys generating ideas and building concepts.
Can write compelling, engaging scripts.
Is able to independently record videos (Minecraft capture, OBS, screen recording, etc.).
Edits videos in Adobe Premiere (After Effects = bonus XP).
Creates thumbnails that spark curiosity.
Keeps the entire process together, from idea to finished video.
What Matters for This Role
Excellent English (both spoken and written).
Deep knowledge of Minecraft (servers, mods, modpacks, plugins).
Creative, detail-oriented, and action-oriented (less talk, more action).
You think proactively, find opportunities, and don't just try to "get things done."
You understand that perfection is the standard, not the goal.
Bonus Points If You:
Have already created YouTube content and have something to show.
Can pinpoint why one thumbnail or video works and another doesn't.
Have your own creative touch that you want to share with the world.
