At first, when ordering a server, you have to choose a location for it. We usually suggest picking the location closest to you or your main player base.
What are the available locations?
We currently have servers in the following locations:
- EU, Finland
- EU, Germany
- UK, London
- US, Virginia
- US, Florida
- US, California
- US, Texas
- AS, Singapore
- AU, Sydney
- BR, São Paulo
Not sure which location is best for you? Use our free Server Location Finder to test your ping to every WiseHosting location straight from your browser. Enter where you live, run the test, and compare the results. The lower the ping, the smoother your server will feel.
Playing with friends in different countries? Add where each friend lives and the tool estimates their ping to every location, then shows the one that works best for your group. Estimated pings are marked with a ~, and a friend can run the test themselves if you want their exact numbers.
To test the latency between your device and our servers, we have created a Ping Test section on our homepage. Just choose the package and click on Pick location - the ping test will automatically start. The lower, the better!
Your ping can be affected by your network service provider and your actions. The latency can vary because of your network usage, and might change from time to time.
