How to see Minecraft Spawning Sphere using MiniHUD mod
First of all, what even is a Minecraft despawn sphere and why would you want to see it?
In Minecraft, mobs will spawn within 128 blocks radius around the player. Meaning if any mob goes outside that radius, it will despawn. So if you are running a mob farm in Minecraft, it's important that the farm is inside the spawning radius. And for some farms, it's very important that the only place where mobs could spawn, is inside the farm.
And an easy way to see your 128 block despawn sphere, is by using a Mod called MiniHUD.
NOTE: MiniHUD needs Fabric to run, but also requires the MaLiLib library mod.
How to use MiniHUD to see mob despawn sphere?
1) After you have installed the mod, go in game. The place where you are standing will be the middle of the despawn sphere. Then press H + C to open up the MiniHUD menu:
2) In the MiniHUD menu press "Renderers":
3) From the renderers tab, scroll down and find "shapeRenderer". Then change it to "true":
4) After that, go the the "Shapes" tab:
5) From the drop-down menu, choose "Despawn Sphere":
6) Then press "Add shape" to confirm it:
7) And make sure it's set to "Enabled":
8) Close the menu and press H to turn on the despawn sphere:
9) If you want to move the center of the despawn sphere, you can go to "Configure":
10) And from here, type coordinates manually or click "Set Here", which will set the coordinates to where you are standing right now:
And that is it! This is how easy it is to see your despawn sphere with MiniHUD.
