How to Turn PVP on or off in Your Server

This article will show you how to enable or disable PVP on your Minecraft server.

PVP enabled or disabled means players can or can not damage other players on your server.

By default, PVP is enabled. To disable the PVP option on your server, just follow next few steps

Log in to your WiseHosting Game Panel here and Stop your server.

Click on Files, and find server.properties from the list of files and folders.

Click on server.properties and our online file editor will open up.

Find the line pvp and change it "false" (default: true), then click on Save Content.

Start your server from the Dashboard!

Congratulations, you just disabled your servers PVP option.

To enable the PVP again, you would need to change the line pvp on server.properties back to "true". Easy as that!
