This article will walk you through resetting the password of your Billing Area account.

Please note that you have two different WiseHosting accounts, one for managing the invoices, meaning the Billing account, and one for managing your server, the WiseHosting Game Panel account. You can reset your Game Panel password from HERE

In order to change your Billing Area password please do the following:


Find the WiseHosting Billing login from HERE.

Click on Forgot password?, enter the email address your account was registered with, and have a look at the email sent to you.

Click on the link Reset your password and you will be directed to a page where you can create yourself a new password.

Type your wished password, confirm it, and click Submit to save it.

You have successfully updated your WiseHosting Billing area password. Now you can go to Login page and log in with your new password.
